Baked Chicken Marinade

serves 4

¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients and marinade chicken in bag for 2 hours or up to overnight. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
